I agree, there's nothing easy about it... But it's the motivation, what your heart believes about the adventure you're starting that keeps you there, trying, until you get it right! And about bringing "you" into the equation... Well, you just have to deal with it, because "you" are here to stay and there's nothing you can do about it besides learning and improving yourself to reach want you really want.
